Agreement Overview

This Subscription Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between you (the "Member") and The Synclair Line LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the entity that operates the wemakepatterns brand. By enrolling in the VIP Pattern Library, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

This Agreement governs your ongoing relationship with the VIP Pattern Library, including your trial period, recurring billing, benefit access, and cancellation rights. Please read it carefully before subscribing.

Subscription Terms & Trial Period

Every pattern purchase from wemakepatterns comes bundled with a 24-hour introductory trial of the VIP Pattern Library. During this period, you will have full access to all library benefits (see Section 4) at no additional charge beyond your initial pattern purchase.

At the conclusion of the 24-hour trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid weekly membership and your payment method on file will be charged $8.00 per week, unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

Your subscription renews automatically every 7 days following the end of your trial. Membership remains active until you cancel.

Billing & Payment

By enrolling, you authorize The Synclair Line LLC to charge your payment method on file $8.00 every 7 days, beginning 24 hours after your initial pattern purchase. Charges will recur automatically each week until your membership is cancelled.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Card information is processed and stored securely by our PCI-compliant third-party payment processor — card numbers never touch our own servers.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. If a charge is declined, we may retry the payment, and your access to library benefits may be paused until the balance is resolved.

Membership Benefits

Every VIP Pattern Library member — including trial members — receives the following benefits, subject to availability and program terms:

• 1,000+ Bonus Patterns — full access to our curated pattern library, included with every purchase.
• Beginner's Starter Guide — a 100-page PDF covering basic stitches, holding your hook, and your first cozy project.
• Weekly Pattern Drops — new patterns added to the library on a rolling basis, available to all active members.
• Priority Email Support — a direct line to our team for help with patterns, downloads, or subscription questions.

Benefits are available to active members in good standing. The Synclair Line LLC reserves the right to modify, add, or remove specific benefits with reasonable notice to members.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your VIP Pattern Library membership at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee or penalty. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to library benefits through that date.

How to cancel:

• Online: visit wemakepatterns.co/manage-subscription, enter your email and order number, and confirm cancellation.
• Email: send a cancellation request to support@wemakepatterns.co from the email address associated with your account.
• Phone: call (412) 754-7799 and leave a voicemail — we'll follow up by email within 24 hours.

Upon cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive one within 24 hours of a written cancellation request, please contact us to confirm — we are not responsible for charges incurred if a cancellation request was not received or confirmed.

Refund Policy

Initial pattern purchase.

Refunds on your initial pattern purchase are available if requested within 7 days of purchase AND you have not downloaded any pattern from the library. Once a pattern has been downloaded, or once 7 days have passed since purchase, all sales on the initial pattern are considered final and are not eligible for refund.

Subscription rebills.

You may cancel your VIP Pattern Library subscription at any time (see Section 5). If you request a refund on the most recent $8 weekly charge within 7 days of that charge, we will process the refund. Refund requests on subscription charges older than 7 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Contact support@wemakepatterns.co to start a refund request.

Modifications to the Program

The Synclair Line LLC reserves the right to modify this Agreement, subscription pricing, or the VIP Pattern Library benefits at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active members via email at least 15 days in advance of the effective date.

If we increase the weekly subscription price, you will be notified and given the opportunity to cancel before the new rate takes effect. Continued use of the membership after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.

In the event the VIP Pattern Library is discontinued, active members will be notified at least 30 days in advance, and any prepaid charges covering periods beyond the termination date will be refunded.
