All products sold on this site are digital goods, delivered electronically after purchase. Access details are provided at checkout and via the confirmation email. No physical items are shipped.
All prices are displayed in US dollars at the point of purchase and are the definitive prices you agree to pay. If a purchase includes any recurring or subscription-based components, the applicable billing terms are shown at checkout and detailed in your Subscription Agreement, provided at the time of enrollment.
Payments are processed by a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. We do not store your card information on our own servers. Depending on the merchant of record used for a given transaction, the descriptor that appears on your bank statement may vary. If you don't recognize a charge, contact us before disputing it and we will confirm.
Digital patterns purchased on wemakepatterns are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may make items from the patterns and gift or sell those items. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the pattern files themselves.
Our refund terms are set out in full in our Refund Policy. If you have a question about a specific order, email us before initiating a dispute — we resolve almost all issues within 24 hours.
If your purchase included any subscription or recurring service, you may cancel at any time via /manage-subscription, by email, or by phone, with no cancellation fee. Full cancellation instructions are in your Subscription Agreement.
You agree not to misuse our services, attempt to access accounts or content that do not belong to you, or use our downloads for unlawful purposes. Accounts found to be shared, abused, or used in violation of these terms may be suspended.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered customers.
